Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out (subject to availability) is possible at extra cost of 50% of the applicable daily rate until 06.00pm. Any check-out later than 06.00pm is considered as one additional night and charged at 100% of the applicable daily rate.
Our Villas require a 3 night minimum stay during low season, a 5 night minimum stay during high season Lunar New Year, Easter or Summer Holidays and one week minimum stay during peak season is Christmas and New Year. 50% Rental Deposit together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Exclusive Bali Villas management within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the client.
If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically released.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). In the case of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within five (5) working days, or on arrival, if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first.
All payments must be made in USD.
Add charge for any damage to villa has to be paid for by guest.
Turn music down by 12 midnight.
Change of booking US$50 administration fee will be charged by Exclusive Bali Villas for any change of booking after a Confirmation been issued. Changes cannot be made later than 45 days before arrival and acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Villa’s Management.

Any cancellation made after confirmation/deposit payment a 50% (from total amount) within 30 days prior to arrival date, cancellation fee will be applied.
Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date a full charge (from total amount) cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation of booking at any time will result in for forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made. Refund of monies paid by Villa rental and services will be made only under the following circumstances :
The Villa becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement can be obtained. This qualifies 100% refund.
The Villa is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rate refund will be made.
Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or-pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration fee.
